Your Privacy is Important

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association, specifically to information collected by the DTNA website.  

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us, such as: name, address, phone and billing information. We are the sole owners of membership information collected on dtna.org, but we will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. DTNA members who have access to your personal data will only use it for DTNA business.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about neighborhood news and activities, including meetings, initiatives, events, DTNA elections, etc.  DTNA shall also contact you regarding changes to this privacy policy.  You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information
Your first and last names are listed in the Membership Directory, which is accessible only to members who have logged in. You can do the following at any time by accessing your membership account on dtna.org or contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• Remove your first and/or last name from the Directory by making them private in your profile privacy settings.
• See what additional information is listed in your membership file.
• Change/correct/delete any additional information we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your membership information.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

All information stored on and transferred from the Wild Apricot DTNA website is encrypted.  You can verify this by the closed lock icon to the left of DTNA.org, which indicates that “You are securely connected to this site,” as verified by “Let’s Encrypt”. Financial information (such as credit card data) is transmitted securely to, and maintained by, a third party payment processor.  DTNA has no access to your financial information.  To learn more about Wild Apricot’s data protection, please visit https://www.wildapricot.com/data-protection.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, DTNA takes steps to  protect your information offline. Members who access your data are responsible for maintaining its privacy and security.
